Jr. High Football Closes Season
The Clarkson Leigh Patriot Junior High football team has closed out their season.
In their second to last game of the year, the Patriots played Howells Dodge. They traveled to Howells on October 1st to face the Jaguars. The Patriots ended up losing 0-30, receiving their first loss of the season.
After a bye week the Patriots were back in action on October 15. They played Wisner Pilger at home, winning 56-14 to close out the year.
When asked how he thought the season went, eighth grader Kyle Kasik said, “After all the practices and season I feel like we improved, and the 8th graders are ready to play on Friday nights and the 7th graders are ready to go next year.” T
The Patriots ended their season with a record of 3-1.
