Junior High Football Trounces Madison
Touchdowns rained at the first Patriot junior high football game of the season on September 9 in Madison. With a score of 56-8 the Clarkson- Leigh football team dominated the Madison Dragons!
Junior High football coach, Mr. Andrew Faltys said, “At the end of the game the score was 56-8! We played an additional 5 minutes and scored three times! The kids played well; we have some work to do, but I was very pleased with the effort!”
Seventh grader Jacob Held stated, “I think we are doing alright, but there are areas that could use improvement.”
The Junior high football team plays again on September 23 against Mead/Cedar Bluffs in Leigh at 4:30 pm.
