Mrs. Wietfeld’s Kindergarten students practiced their adding skills during stations using Osmos. Great Job!!
4th & 5th graders worked on our new technology in Tech Class. They built circuits using Snap Circuits, Little Bits, and Cubelets. They also drew using the Masterpiece app for Osmo and created colorful beats with the new Specdrum rings. Exploration at its finest!
Nevaeh created an anti-cyber bullying Bloxels video game after going to the Digital Citizenship Symposium. Gaming Genius!!
The MultiMedia class are trying new technology by figuring out how to use the Cue Robot, Makey Makey, and Bloxels.
Mrs. Wietfeld’s 4th grade science class created ecosystem brochures on Adobe Spark. Some students also chose to create their own. Well Done!! They then presented and dressed the part, some even brought props.
Kahoot Trivia about Leigh Happenings and Current Events in grades 7th-12th for Patriot Cup.

https://www.remind.com/: This is a great website & app you can use to keep in touch with students and parents. If students are gone you can flip your classroom and stay connected. Remind is partnered with Google Drive & Classroom, Survey Monkey, Flipgrid, and Canvas.

Watch the video on this website it looks like a great Global Connection through writing. (8th-12th grade)
https://www.youthvoices.live/: According to Common Sense Media Youth Voices, "Supported student writing, collaboration, and communication make this a healthy space for kids to express themselves." This connects topics through Flipgrid. (7th-12th grade)
