Taylor Larson and Natalie Reeves Named “Students of the Month”

Another month of school means two more students get recognized for their great work and for working hard on their extracurricular activities! The two recipients for “Student of the Month” for November were Taylor Larson and Natalie Reeves.

Taylor Larson is the daughter of Bob and Kelsey Larson, and granddaughter of Rick and Lorie Larson and Bill and Georgia Klassen.

She is a member of volleyball, FCCLA, FBLA, yearbook, journalism, and one act. Her favorite class is child development.

Outside of school, Taylor enjoys babysitting and hanging out with her friends. When she grows up, she wants to get her business degree and own her own boutique. She is still undecided on where she plans to attend college.

When asked how it felt to win this award, she said, “I am honored to be recognized for this award. I really appreciate being recognized for everything I do."

Here’s what Taylor’s teachers had to say about her:

“Taylor has grown into a hard working and determined student. She is fun to have in class and puts her best effort into all of her school work and activities.”

“Taylor has been a leader in my Accounting class. She is on task, turns in quality work, and leads by example with her positive behavior and by turning in her assignments on time.”

Natalie Reeves is the other recipient of this award. Natalie is the daughter of Angie and Tyler Reeves, and granddaughter of Nancy Limback and the late Richard Limbach, and Tim and Jane Zabka.

She is part of softball, one-act, journalism, yearbook, FFA, and FBLA. Her favorite class is Science. When Natalie grows up, she plans on becoming a nurse, but a college is still undecided.

In her spare time, Natalie likes to bake, babysit, and hang out with friends and family.

The senior said, “I never thought I'd win this award, but I'm glad that my hard work in school doesn't go unnoticed and I'm grateful for this."

Here’s what Natalie’s teachers had to say about her:

“Natalie is a very hard working student who is always engaged and fun to have in class. She is a leader in her class and consistently puts out quality products.”

“Natalie consistently turns is quality work in my class. She also always participates in group discussions and has inquisitive questions about her future finances. Overall she is kind to her classmates and always shows up to school with a smile on her face.”

Congratulations to both Taylor and Natalie on being named Students of the Month!
