Cyclones Win Six in a Row
It was an exciting night for the Highway 91 Cyclone softball team as they defeated North Bend in a long battle on September 23. This win marked the sixth win in a row for the Cyclones!
“Even though we had a really slow start, we fought and got a good jump on them, which secured our win in the final innings” said junior Riana Groteluschen,
The final score of the game was 6-4. The Cyclones were able to walk away with a two-point victory.
“We battled well, and our team showed a lot of grit. We were able to walk away with a win. I am really proud of our team” junior Rylee Olson added.
It was a good win for the Cyclones as they are prepare for Conference and Districts and the end of their season.
With this win, the Cyclones’ current record is 12-7.
