This WOOT is for all of our hard working staff, parents, and community!!
Shout Outs:
Mrs. Settje’s Junior High music students from both Clarkson and Leigh made “Musical Me” digital presentations using posters, videos, and power points which told about their musical likes and feelings. They musically shared about awesome songs, quotes, and singers that described them, their personalities, feelings about music, and their current thoughts on this Covid 19 situation. What a great idea!!
Mrs. Sayers’s Entrepreneurship class recorded their own Shark Tank Pitch in iMovie. We had been working on a box subscription project 1x/week throughout the semester so they recorded themselves selling their product. They did an awesome job!
Mrs. Sayers’s Intro to Business kids were learning about expanding businesses into new markets. They picked their favorite brand and made an iMovie about a new market they could emerge into.
Zooming with students: 1st grade had a bedtime story with Mrs. Bruhn and their stuffed animal & blanket. 5th grade went on a home scavenger hunt. 4th graders did a Pick 3 Objects challenge. Keep up the great work with keeping our students connected. Their smiles are priceless!! I love seeing the cameos by Mrs. Hillen & Mrs. Settje!
