“Who Would Win in a Fight? A Giraffe or an Otter? Why?”
By: Jared Olson, a freshman at Leigh High School
“A giraffe would win because they are bigger and faster and have a powerful kick. They would stomp on the otter and kick them while the otter tries to cuddle.”
-James Grotelueschen, a sophomore at Leigh High School
“A giraffe would win because they are taller and could swing their head around and whack the otter. If the otter would try to attack, the giraffe would charge the otter and run the otter over and that is why I think the giraffe would win.”
-Carter Brabec, a freshman at Leigh High School
“A giraffe would win in a fight because otters are not feisty or aggressive enough. Giraffes could easily stomp on otters as well. Giraffes don’t need much sleep, so while an otter is sleeping, a giraffe could pounce. Otters are too soft. They hold hands while they sleep and most species don’t even have claws.”
