By: Tanyn Larson, a sophomore at Leigh High School
As the school year reaches its end, planning for next year has already begun, and a new, eager little bunch of Pre-K students and their families came to school on Friday, March 25th for an “Barnyard Fun” Open House. This took place at 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. in the Leigh PreK room.
Next year’s youngest group of pre-school students will contain 25 students.
The PreK teacher, Mrs. Cash said, “We had 25 new preschoolers attend with their families. Our newest Patriots enjoyed farm-themed activities like collecting eggs, fishing, milking cows, and a “muddy” pig craft! There were a lot of smiles and laughter. We are looking forward to next year!”
