Tech Tips

Go up and get those technology goals!!

Shout Outs:

Zoey, Albert, and Cortlynn attended the Schuyler Tech Fair.  They listened to Mike Smith speak which was very motivational.  They also visited a career fair and participated in a STEM bridge challenge.  What a great opportunity!!

Mrs. M. Hillen’s Culinary Arts Class created a food blog on edublog.  Great work and all of the food looks and sounds so delicious!!  Here is the link to their blog: http://leighculinaryadventures.edublogs.org/

Mrs. Fischer’s junior high reading class turned Long Walk to Water into a children's story using that storyjumper website.  She said they turned out so cute!! https://www.storyjumper.com/

Mrs. Kabe’s 2nd grade created Flipgrids of their How to Take Care of Your Pet interviews with their peers.

Mrs. M. Held’s 8th grade reading class created videos to demonstrate how to use technology to go along with their reading story for the week about, what one generation can learn from another generation.  There were some very clever ideas!

4th-6th grade Media/Tech class created Haunted Halloween Stories on Flipgrid.  They had to improv with a partner creating the story on video one sentence at a time alternating between the two people.  Super Scary!!

Kindness Tech Tips/Websites:
