Rules of the Debate:
-The contest is divided into 3 rounds.
-In the 1st Round each participant receives 2 minutes to speak about the good qualities of their president.
-In the 2nd Round each participant receives 1 minute and 30 seconds to bring out all the dirt they can on their opponent's president.
-In the Final Round each participant receives 1 minute to speak about anything they choose.
-Winners are chosen based on a vote of those in attendance.
