Freshman FFA Students Attend Greenhand Day

Recently, the freshman FFA members got a better understanding about the organization of FFA. They traveled to Central Community College on Tuesday, September 24 to learn about the different roles of FFA and FFA contests.
FFA advisor Brandy Held said, “The freshman ag students had a lot of fun at Greenhand Day. They learned FFA basics, then went to various workshops in the afternoon. Overall, I know many of them will make use of the important knowledge learned from Greenhand Day. They are a great group to work with and they represent both Clarkson and Leigh communities well!”
