JH Boys’ Basketball Wins Two in a Row
As the season draws to a close, the junior high boys’ basketball team played two very athletic teams.
The first team they played was St. Francis on Monday February 10. And their second game was on Tuesday the 11th. In the game against St. Francis, the A team and B team both won. The team score was 36-21 for the A team, while the B team finished 3-0 with just one quarter of play.
On the 11th against Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family, the A team and B team both came home victorious again. The final score was A team 45-25 and B team 32-15. Both teams have been working hard and are accomplishing a lot this season.
“The boys are really playing well right now and it’s the perfect time of the year to be playing well! Head boys’ coach Andrew Faltys said. “Making play offensively and playing good defense are the keys to our wins!”
The A team’s record is 6-3 after these two games.
