Meet the Stream Team!

For every graphic that goes on the vision board in the gym and every game that is broadcast on the school’s YouTube channel, there are students working behind the scenes to make it happen.

This year, there are 16 people within the stream and vision board team out this year to help in Leigh.

The sponsors and helpers of the stream team and vision board are business teachers Jennifer Maliha from Leigh and Matt Murren from Clarkson.

Vision board members work on images to be displayed on the vision board during games and events.  They must export them onto the computer that controls the vision board and make sure everything works for each varsity volleyball or basketball game.

The stream team runs the computer and all the cameras for each varsity football, volleyball, and basketball game. They also organize the stream computer for all the graphics displayed during the games.

“It looks like it will be a good year for the vision and stream team, and we gained two new Patriot vision board members that will be of great help this year since we lost a few old members,” said junior member Amaiya Ross.

“We have some experienced upperclassmen leading the vision board team this year,” Mrs. Maliha said. “I think it will be another fun year. The stream team students are ready to rock and provide commentating for our home games. We've added streaming at the softball field and we are working on getting commentators to those games.”
