Boys’ Golf Breaks School Record!

Finishes Third out of 14 Teams at Home Tourney!

The Clarkson-Leigh Varsity boys’ golf team had their home golf meet for Varsity-only on April 10 at Club 91 in Leigh. This tournament consisted of the top five varsity golfers on the team competing with the top 4 scores taken. There were 14 teams that competed at this tournament. The Clarkson-Leigh JV Boys Golf team also participated. 

The Varsity team finished in third place while breaking a school record shooting a 350. There was also three Clarkson-Leigh Golfers who placed in the top 15, Wyatt Crosley 9th, Mic Sayers 10th, and Ryan Brichacek 14th. 

Senior golfer Morgan Bunner said, “I thought we did a great job for our first home meet of the year. We golfed against some tough competition and we finished 3rd with 3 medalists.”
