4th-6th graders solved a Digital Escape Room for Dot Day & responded on Flipgrid about The Dot book.

8th graders learned how to run the Cue Robots using the controller and code.  Next week they will solve some Cue Robot challenges.

Tech Tips:

Google Lit Trips:  Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f3fZWZezFTU:  Explore the places your book takes you through Google Earth.  This site has books from K-12 grade. I saw Bud, Not Buddy, Number the Stars, A Long Walk to Water, Macbeth, etc.

Math Website:  https://mathsnacks.org:  Smart educational animations, games, and interactive tools that help mid-school learners better understand math concepts

https://www.pbs.org/show/films-bykids/: According to PBS BYkids Films is a collaboration between THIRTEEN and the non-profit organization, BYkids, gives voice to youth from around the world. The series pairs teenagers from diverse cultures with accomplished filmmakers to create short personal documentaries that educate and encourage understanding about global issues. Ashley Judd serves as series narrator, introducing each 30-minute film in the series.  These videos are very powerful and eye opening!: This tech tip is a repeat but I figured since we are trying to work on working to the next step of the SAMR model this website would be perfect!
