Time Game Location
4:30 p.m. JV Boys High School
6:00 p.m. Varsity Girls High School
7:30 p.m. Varsity Boys High School
1. Each player and/or manager can have up to eight spectators attend the ball game in which
the player and/or manager is a participant. A tally mark will be used to indicate how many
fans come in for each player. Once the player has eight tally marks, we will not allow anyone
else in for that player. Please try to keep all families seated together. The fans can be a
combination of the following. Spectators will only be allowed for only players, coaches, or
student managers participating in the game:
A. Mom/Step Mom and Dad/Step Dad
B. Brothers and Sisters
C. Grandparents
D. Aunts & Uncles
E. (2) Outside Family Members/Family Friends
2. Pierce and visiting fans will enter through the main school entrance. Pierce fans will enter
through the north doors of the main entrance, and visiting fans will enter through the
south doors of the main entrance.
3. A 40 person student section will be available for each team. When students come in, they
will be checked off. Once the 40 person limit has been met, no other students will be let in.
**IMPORTANT**
4. Once the first game is over, the gym will be cleared of spectators.
Doors will open up for the second game as soon as the gym has been cleared
from the first varsity game.
5. Teams will have a designated place to sit. Masks must be worn at all times.
6. Masks are required by all fans, coaches, and bench personnel.
7. Concessions will be available.
8. Pierce fans will sit in the east side bleachers. Clarkson-Leigh fans will sit in the west side
bleachers.
9. Pierce fans will use the bathrooms in the east hallway of the high school. These are located
by the band room. Clarkson-Leigh fans will use the south bathrooms located by the
concession stand.
10. Fans will exit out the same doors they came in.
