Golf Places 4th of 16 at Pierce Invite
On Saturday April 29, 2023, the top 5 golfers of the Clarkson-Leigh Boys Varsity Golf team traveled Evergreen Hill Golf Course at Battle Creek for an invite hosted by Pierce.
16 total teams competed at Pierce. The Clarkson-Leigh Boys team received 4th as a team!
Golfing varsity were Ryan Brichacek, Jase Indra, Mic Sayers, Dexter Indra and Quentin Mullenhoff.
Indra shot the lowest on the team with a 96, Mic Sayers scored 97, Ryan Brichacek shot 98, Dexter Indra shot 102, and Quentin Mullenhoff rounded out the team with 104.
The teams they competed against were Pierce, Cedar Catholic, Crofton, Randolph, Laurel-Concord-Coleridge, Tri-County, Plainview, Hartington-Newcastle, Elkhorn Valley, Bloomfield, Wausa, Neligh-Oakdale, and Winnebago.
Clarkson Senior Jase Indra said, “It was a good meet, and I am glad that it was windy. I think it helped our placing.”
