JV VBall On a Win Streak

JV volleyball competed in a tournament and quad on the 9th and 11th of September, adding a string of wins to their record.

On Saturday, September 9th, they traveled to Wisner and played Madison, Tri-County, and Pierce. They beat Madison and Tri-County in two sets, and conquered Pierce in three sets.

That following Monday, the 11th, the JV girls knocked out West Point and Wayne in two sets each at the JV quad in Clarkson

“In the Wisner-Pilger Tournament, we didn’t have the greatest competition, but we still continued to work our hardest. We finished all the games strong,” said Vylet Hollatz. “In the JV Quad in Clarkson we had highs and lows during both of the games, but we persevered through them and played Patriot volleyball in order to come out with two wins on the night.”

Coach Rebecca Hiatt said, “The girls played really well and with a lot of energy. The girls have shown great improvement and are continuing to get better.”
