C VB Team Finds Success
Saturday, September 16th, the C-Team Patriot Volleyball team headed to Wisner for a tournament. The Patriots brough two C teams, a blue team and a and a red team.
The blue team played Wisner-Pilger, Wayne, and Elkhorn Valley. The red team played Wisner-Pilger, West Point-Beemer, and Wynot. The blue team ended up winning all three games, and the red won two.
Coach Brianne Bachman said, “We took two teams to the Wisner C team tournament on Saturday. A few girls had to play positions they didn't normally play, but overall played well and had a great day of volleyball. It is great to see the growth each time they step on to the court. I look forward to a strong second half of the season. Go Patriots!”
Freshman Reese Wietfeld said, “This weekend we played well as a team. We did a good job of talking and bringing positive energy to the court.”
