Junior High Football Begins Season
On Tuesday, September 5th, the Junior High Patriot football team traveled up north to face the Stanton Mustangs in their first game of the season. The team lost 6-46.
JH Coach Jeff Bachman said, “The game didn’t turn out the way we wanted it, but I was proud of the effort of our players. We learned a lot and will keep getting better.”
8th grader Tyce Larson also said, “We played hard first game learned lots of new things but all had fun.”
The JH team is coached by Jeff Bachman, Jeff Korus, and Tony Horacek. We wish them the the best of luck on the rest of the season as they face East Butler, Shelby-Rising City, Madison, Howells-Dodge, and Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family.
