Cyclones Runner-Up in Conference Tourney!
Best Finish in Cyclone History!

The Cyclones traveled to West Point for their East Husker Conference Tournament, where they earned second place. This is the best they have earned in Conference in Cyclone history!
Their first matchup of the day was against Tekamah-Herman. The Cyclones got things started in the first inning, when Sasha Perrin hit a two-run home run. The hits kept coming, and their solid defense allowed the Cyclones to take the win.
Their second matchup was against North Bend. The Cyclones scored five runs in the first inning and six in the third inning. Their solid at bats and clean defense helped the Cyclones take home the second win, and led them into the championship.
The Cyclones faced a tough match in the third and final game against the NEN Vipers. The Cyclones fell behind early and couldn’t catch up. The Cyclones struggled against the high-powered offense of NEN. The Cyclones lost the championship game 2-11 and took home silver.
This marked the fourth year in a row the NEN Vipers won Conference Softball gold. Tekameh Herman beat Twin River in the third-place game.
This brings the Cyclones’ record to 17-9 on the season so far!
