Jaguars Defeat JH Pats
Howells-Dodge came to Leigh to face the Patriots Monday night, October 2. The JH team played a hard game and fought all game but lost 6-44.
Eighth-grader Tyce Larson said, “This was a tough loss, but we fought hard. We have a lot to work on but we are hoping to bounce back for the last game of the season.”
“This was a good opportunity to learn for our team. The outcome did not go as we wanted and we need to learn from this and improve. We have one game left to finish up on a strong note,” said Mr. Jeff Bachman.
This loss brings the Patriots’ record to 2-3 on the season. They are hoping to win their last game and get back to .500 to finish the season on a high note.
