JV Ties HLHF
The JV patriots went to Lindsay on Monday, October 9 to face Humphrey-Lindsay Holy Family. The game was 20-minute halves with no special teams. It was a short, hard-fought game leading a 6-6 tie at the end of it.
“It wasn't a normal game for us, it was more of a practice scrimmage,” said freshman Blake Loseke. We only brought along freshmen and sophomores to this game to give some of us a few more reps than we would normally get. It could have gone a lot better and it could have gone a lot worse. Overall, I think a 6-6 tie isn't too bad for not our normal starting JV team.” s
JV Coach Mr. Jarrod Bazata said, “Monday was a great game for our younger guys to get some playing time. They battled well and we saw a lot of growth from some younger players who are going to need to step up for next year.”
