FFA and FCCLA Participate in “Trunk or Treat”

“Trick or treat, smell my feet, give us something good to eat!”

On Halloween night, the Leigh Community Club hosted their second annual Trunk or Treat, and many businesses, adults, and kids got into the spirit of things.

There was a total of 10 trunks, and the turnout of ghouls, monsters, football players, and princesses was amazing. Kids of all ages came and enjoyed the fun, and some adults even came in costumes as well.

The trunks included: Citizens State Bank as bank robbers, the Community Club, Leigh- Clarkson FCCLA and FFA, Zion’s daycare and church as a zoo, the Drumheller and Wiese crew as hunters, Clausen’s, Mahila Associates Insurance as a monster, and the Mini-Mart as a ghost.

Overall, Halloween was another success in our small town, and I think I speak for all of us when I say it was great seeing the whole community come together to enjoy the event.
