By: Emily Loseke, a senior at Leigh High School
In the second Leigh Kindness Challenge through November 30-December 7, there were 163 kindness missions completed between the sixth, fourth, and seventh grades. The challenged missions were to write a kind note to two classmates that highlight two things they’re really great at, write a kind note to an adult at school, compliment at least five different people, leave an encouraging, positive note on the front door of school, and leave a kind note in two books in the library.
The winning class was sixth grade with 75% participation!
Second place was fourth grade with 68% participation, and finally seventh grade with 54% participation.
Thank you to everyone who participated! You did awesome! Remember to be kind and stand up for kindness!
