C-Team Girls Finish Season
The C-Team girls’ basketball team finished off their last game of the season on Feburary 5.
The girls stayed home at Leigh to face the Battle Creek Braves. The girls fought hard but fell 8-32 in the end.
Freshman Kaylee Brabec said, “Even though we didn't get the outcome we wanted, we still played our hardest and had fun in the process.”
C Team Coach Rebecca Hiatt said, “The girls came out and played well in the first quarter, but in the second quarter, we had low energy and Battle Creek was able to extend their lead. Overall, the girls worked hard all season and the girls improved from the beginning of the season to the end.”
The girls finished off their season 1-5.
