C/JV Volleyball Plays Triangular

Hustle, hit, and never quit. These are three things that the JV and C team did to receive two wins at the Wayne and Lakeview Triangular in Clarkson on September 13.
The C team only played against Lakeview, and the JV played against Lakeview and Wayne.
JV won against Wayne in 2 sets, and they lost against Lakeview in two sets. The C team played 4 sets with Lakeview, and they won 2 of the sets.
“We played really well as a team, which led us to winning against Wayne and losing against Lakeview,” freshman Baylee Settje said. “As a team, we still have things to work on, but we are getting better and better every game and practice.”
Coach Jennifer Remmereid was also asked how these games went, and she said, “We got a nice start to the night with Wayne. We utilized the free balls and turned them into kills. Lakeview was a tougher match that forced us into some out of system situations. That’s an area we can keep working on.”
