Varsity GBB Picks Up Win
On December 18th, the Clarkson-Leigh girls’ basketball team faced off against the West Point- Beemer Cadets. The JV girls started the game off with a win! The varsity girls played a great game also and defeated the Cadets 50-27.
After a great win, the Patriot girls were ready to take action against the Howells-Dodge Jaguars on December 20th. The JV girls worked hard, but could not get the win. The varsity girls also played well, but could not come out on top with a score of 30-50.
After a great battle against the Jaguars, the Patriots were ready to take on the Lakeview Vikings. The JV girls battled through the game, but at the end they fell short. The varsity girls battled throughout the game as well and they just couldn’t pull it off with a score of 35-40.
The Patriot girls enter the Christmas break moratorium with a 2-6 record.
