The C-Team Boys had a great tournament filled with victory on Saturday, February 20 as they went 2-0 on the day to finish their season.
The Patriots started the day with a 27-24 win against Tekamah-Herman and finished with another win, 17-13 against Logan View/Scribner-Snyder.
Freshman C team player Jack Brabec commented, “Defense was where we really excelled. After beating Tekamah-Herman, we played Loganview. That was one of the harder games of our season. I know the whole team is happy to end the season with a big win.
The C-Team boys went 5-2 through their whole season. The JV team’s final record was 9-6.
Coach Jeff Bachman said, “I was very proud of the way our JV & C Teams improved throughout the season. They worked hard and there was a lot of progress shown. I am very proud each of the groups finished with a winning record. It will be fun to continue to watch these groups develop.”
